The State of Chhattisgarh joined RUSA on 12.12.2013 by committing to reform its higher education sector. The Project Approval Board (PAB) in its 5th and 8th meetings held on 10.12.2014 and 2.9.2015 approved proposals of the State worth Rs. 313 crore, comprising of Rs. 187.8 crore as Central share (60%) and Rs. 125.2 crore (40%) as State’s share.
