Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur by almost half.

? Recruitment: Advertised for 778 Asst. Professors in 32 subjects published and appointment letters issued to 720 persons. Advertisement for recruitment of another 966 Asst. Professors published by CG PSC.

o Semester system introduced at PG level in all colleges.
o CBCS introduced in PG courses in Bilaspur University.
o State Level Quality Assurance Cell (SLQAC) has been constituted and made functional.
o Quality Circles have been constituted in every District with Principal, District Lead College as its Convener.
